Carlos is an amazing trainer. I wish I knew him sooner. I have truly enjoyed all my training sessions with him. He is knowledgable, professional, very nice to work with, and offers tailored workouts according to your needs. Being in the healthcare domain, I have a hard and varying schedule, yet Carlos is flexible and can always accommodate sessions no matter the week schedule. I can also attest to his knowledge in the field, having myself some basics related the musculoskeletal system ( compared to a lot of ‘personal trainers’ with whom I have worked, and who regularly spout nonsense about body anatomy and physiology with assurance, without any knowledge). I have also seen progression since I started with him.

Do not hesitate to book a training with Carlos, you will definitely not regret it!

I’ve been working with Carlos for some months now. He is gently encouraging and very knowledgeable. Always explains why I am doing the exercises he chooses. I’ve gone from believing that fitness would never be achievable, to choosing exercise even between my sessions with him. Carlos is smart, dedicated and very hardworking.
