Founded in 2020, when gyms were closed and routines were upside down, Triat Fitness brought professional training to clients’ living rooms, condo gyms, and backyards. What began as a necessity became our philosophy: personalized coaching, zero crowds, maximum convenience. Today we serve the GTA with in home personal fitness trainer sessions, online coaching, and a private studio option.

Carlos is an amazing trainer. I wish I knew him sooner. I have truly enjoyed all my training sessions with him. He is knowledgable, professional, very nice to work with, and offers tailored workouts according to your needs. Being in the healthcare domain, I have a hard and varying schedule, yet Carlos is flexible and can always accommodate sessions no matter the week schedule. I can also attest to his knowledge in the field, having myself some basics related the musculoskeletal system ( compared to a lot of ‘personal trainers’ with whom I have worked, and who regularly spout nonsense about body anatomy and physiology with assurance, without any knowledge). I have also seen progression since I started with him.
